Overview

The UPM3080 is a multifunction metering device suitable to measure the electrical parameters. It provides accurate True RMS measurements on a bright LCD display, or via serial communication port.

UPM3080 performs the following functions:
- wattmeter / energy meter
- harmonics analyser
- calculation of Power Factor compensation

The power meter replaces multiple existing analog meters as well as all single function meters or transducers. The powerful capabilities offered by the instruments make it ideal for stand-alone metering or energy management systems.
UPM3080's main feature is its flexibility: in the rear side of the instrument it is possible to plug in up to two add-on option boards.

A simple menu structure makes the instrument easy-to-use and allows a quick check of the instrument set-up and memory status.
Five languages can be selected easily: English, German, Italian, French and Spanish.

The LED backlighted display is highly efficient therefore it guarantees perfect visibility in all light conditions.
The modularity and the upgrade path grant notwithstanding the low initial investment to meet future needs. These features allow to build specific meter configurations as required.
