Description
WHAT IS IT?
It is a GSM/GPRS portable device particularly
suitable for remote control monitoring of people, vehicles or any
other moving objects.
It contains a GPS SIRF Star III receiver to get the tracker
coordinates and a GSM module to transmit data.
It has three main functions:
· Tracking
· Personal safety
· Voice Calling
HOW IT WORKS
The tracker can send position data
automatically or on request to:
· a mobile phone
by SMS
· a PC connected to Internet in GPRS
mode;
in this case, the tracker position can be displayed in real
time on a map
· another tracker of the same
type
WHAT CAN IT DO?
Tracking: it can be
used in several situations, where it is necessary to locate and track
in real time people, vehicles, goods, and other moving objects.
Personal
Safety: in case of an emergency, by pressing the SOS button
repeated SMS messages are sent to a maximum of four preset phone
numbers; the alarm messages contain all the device position details for
a quick rescue.
Voice
Calling: it can be used as a mobile phone to make or receive
calls; the phone book can contains up to 10 preset numbers.
