We inform that from 19th June 2017 the return policy (RMA) will include some changes.
Like any service, the return requires conditions, modes and procedures to guarantee transparency and efficacy. We decide from our part to apply rules previously notified, including some improvements following described:
1. The requirement to return goods must be made by filling in an electronic complaint form available at www.algodue.com/tech_support.html
2. Following the receipt of RMA form, the return will be authorised by Algodue with an RMA number.
3. The customer must ensure that the shipment of return includes the RMA number both on delivery note and clearly visible outside the package.
Failure to respect the above procedure entails the rejection of goods.
We remain at your disposal for further information, conscious that these changes will ensure a return policy simply and efficacy for the Customer.
